RLF3D is made and sold by DJ BOY LLC. Last updated October 22, 2026.

Passes

A pass is a code that unlocks saving cut files, STL files and heightmaps in the RLF3D app. A one-job pass ($5) works for 24 hours, starting the first time it is used to unlock. A one-year pass ($25) works for 365 days from purchase. Passes do not renew on their own. You may use your pass on your own computers; please don't share or resell it.

Refunds

If RLF3D doesn't work for your job, send us a message through the contact form within 14 days of buying and we will refund you or make it right.

Scan discs

Disc packs ship to US addresses, usually within 10 business days. Unused packs can be returned within 30 days for a refund. If a pack arrives damaged, tell us and we will replace it.

Cutting safely

RLF3D checks every file before it saves, but it can't see your machine, your clamps or your material. Check every file in your controller, run the air-cut copy above the board before a first real cut, wear eye and ear protection, and never leave a running machine. You are responsible for how your machine is set up and run. RLF3D is provided as is, and DJ BOY LLC is not liable for damage to machines, tools, material or property arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Your work

Your designs are yours. They stay on your computer and are not sent to us.
